Linda Hanifin Bonner, Ph.D, CAE

With over 30 years of management experience, Linda Hanifin Bonner provides a unique blend of organization, governance and financial skills to industry organizations and government agencies and utilities. 

Responsibilities as an association executive in the past 20 years have been directed to the development and implementation of Board and committee approved project initiatives and education programs, financial and organization management, which support organizations in fulfilling their mission and achieving its strategic plan and goals. 

Dr. Hanifin Bonner’s professional career began in county government as an environmental planner with 15 years on water infrastructure projects; followed by being a woman-owned business consultant providing organization and strategic management services to government agencies, the engineering community, and private industry.

In working with organizations, she provides expertise that enables groups and managers to achieve effective collaborative relationships that accomplish their goals. Dr. Hanifin Bonner is a certified facilitator/mediator and experienced in research methodologies such as focus groups and customer surveys. Her publications address the emerging organizational and socio-technical challenges facing managers and public policy officials responsible for water quality projects and programs in a new regulatory environment.
